1 Acceptance of Terms

Deposit Rules

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 7c7788 does not accept deposits made from payment accounts belonging to third parties. If a deposit is received from a payment account that does not match the name on your 7c7788 account, the deposit may be returned and your account may be subject to additional verification requirements or suspension.

7c7788 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your mobile financial service provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply their own transaction charges. 7c7788 is not responsible for any fees charged by your payment service provider.

Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 7c7788 player account. 7c7788 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Void Bets and Cancellations

7c7788 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed on a market or event that was incorrectly priced due to a manifest error in the odds feed or game configuration. In such circumstances, the original stake will be returned to the player's account. 7c7788 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a void bet or market cancellation.

Bonus Abuse

Promotional Validity

Bonus funds and free bets that are not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated. 7c7788 is not obligated to issue reminders or notifications prior to bonus expiry.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7c7788 platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action being pursued by 7c7788:

• Registering more than one account on the 7c7788 platform, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with 7c7788.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or knowingly allowing a person under 18 years of age to access your account.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 7c7788 support staff or other players in any communication channel.

7c7788 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. 8 Account Suspension & Closure

7c7788 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct set out in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe following a verification request from 7c7788.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime in connection with the account.
• Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant. 7c7788 will attempt to contact the registered email address before deactivating a dormant account.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or account closure request from the account holder, including requests made via 7c7788's responsible gaming tools.
• A legal or regulatory requirement that necessitates the suspension or closure of the account.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 7c7788 account at any time by contacting the support team via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Prior to account closure, any available balance in your account must either be withdrawn to your registered payment method or will be returned to that payment method upon closure processing. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.

Effect of Closure

Upon permanent closure of a 7c7788 account, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and provided that no bonuses with unmet wagering requirements are attached to the balance.
